A Republican representative on the radio proclaims the benefits of a healthy life style and speaks against mandated health care, even a form of government sponsored health care as an option. A constituent calls into the radio program with about her situation lacking health insurance because she was laid off. The tone of the representative changes and quickly says how the government does not do enough to help people to provide health care and how government should expand the funds to make sure the person can rely on the government.
